6.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Validity

A bet is valid when the system successfully accepts it and displays a confirmation message. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and the deposited amount will be refunded. In live betting, markets may change and some bets may not be accepted.

7.2 Erroneous Odds or Information

If incorrect odds or information are displayed due to a technical error, human error, or any other reason, 33dmw reserves the right to void bets placed taking advantage of that error. The amount of bets placed at an obviously incorrect price will be returned to the account.

7.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, event-specific rules will apply to the relevant bets. Generally, if the event does not take place within a rescheduled timeframe, bets are cancelled and funds are returned. For cricket betting, BPL, IPL, or ICC guidelines are taken into account for matches cancelled due to weather or other reasons.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, the account will be closed and all funds will be forfeited.

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
